Released during “National Police Week”, this short temporal video exploration shot in the vein of an Eadweard Muybridge motion study, uses black and white images of American “Law Enforcement United” bicyclists parading through the city streets of Baltimore, Maryland as facts about U.S. police violence are left in their wake.
